ALL SALES ARE FINAL , No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
   
ALL order processing times for Nail charms are 7-10 Buisness days after order has been placed . Custom ordering may have different processing times due to customize and quantity.

 Charm’N Phalanges Has a ZERO RETURN  policy . All items are custom made by hand and are non returnable. 

Charm’N Phalanges has a NO EXCHANGE Policy . we will not allow any exchanges . No Exceptions.

Charm’N Phalanges Has a NO RETURN Policy. Charm'N Phalanges is NOT Responsible for any ,Lost Stollen ,or Damaged Packages. All packages include insurance through the postal Carrier .The customer is responsible for contacting the postal carrier if there are any issues with the package.
